ISLAMABAD: Vice President SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry Senator Haji Ghulam Ali, President FPCCI Mian Naseer Hyatt Maggo, Chief Coordinator FPCCI Mirza Abdul Rehman, Former President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Junaid Makda, President Pak Afghan Chamber Javed Balvani, held an important meeting with governor KPK Shah Farman and deputy chairman Senate Mirza Muhammad Afridi, and Zeshan Khanzada. The issues related to trade, industry, investment (local, international), Pak Afghan Bilateral trade, tax system, and matters pertaining to inflation were also part of discussion in the meeting.
FPCCI office bearers highlighted the problems faced by traders, investors, especially small industry investors problems were discussed. And requested government to announce special relief for the small industry investors, so the problems and crises faced by traders and investors would over come to some extent, then added.
Government has to take on board The Apex Body of Business community of Pakistan- FPCCI in decision making related to industry and Trade, so both the Private sector and Government sector can mutually keep industry and business of Pakistan on track, for new destination of development. Moreover the FPCCI delegates asked the government side to provide business friendly environment for ease of doing business on national and international level.
On this occasion Governor KPK Shah Farman, Deputy Chairman Senate Mirza Muhammad Afridi, Chairman Senate standing committee on Trade Zeshan Khanzada, said that provincial and federal governments are working day and night to resolve trade and industry matters, and we mutually focused to enhance investment in country in coming days. Prime Minister Imran Khan and his team is working to resolve the problems of business community of Pakistan, and we are well aware of the hurdles faced by the investors. And soon will grip on these issues, and with our focused planning we will overcome these problems and be success full to create business and investor friendly environment in the country, they added.
