ISLAMABAD: After struggling for weeks, Jam Kamal , finally resigned as chief minister Balochistan here on Sunday.
Governor Balochistan accepted resignation of Jam Kamal late on Sunday.
Jam Kamal had lost confidence of the House a couple of months ago, but, instead resigning, he opted to keep fighting his opponents whose number in the House was growing with each passing day. The opposition members had also support of the ruling party in Balochistan and they had submitted a motion for no confidence against Jam Kamal. The House was scheduled to vote on the no confidence motion on October 25 ( today).
