RAHIMYAR KHAN: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) held a massive rally here on Monday against killing price-hike and unemployment.
Thousands oarticipated in the rally to record their protest against unprecedented price-hike and rising unemployment in the country.
Former Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz ( PMLN) MNA Mian Imtiaz, Shaikh Fiazuddin MNA from Khanpur and District chairman ,Azhar Khan Leghari, led the rally.
The people showered rose petals on the participants of the rally.
Addressing the rally, PMLN leader and former MNA , Mian Imtiaz , said the Pakistan Tehreek -e – Insaf (PTI) government has destroyed Pakistan ‘s economy through unwise decisions that have pushed the people into unbearable price-hike. He said PMLN has introduced a roadmap of progress and development of Pakistan which gave the people a prosperous life. He said ” In PMLN rule every thing was cheap like wheat flour, sugar and all other edibles and the people were living a good life, but the PTI government rolled back the plan of progress of Pakistan in its three and half years rule”. Mian Imtiaz added that PMLN leadership , Mian Nawaz Sharif, can pull Pakistan out of the current financial and administrative crisis and put back on journey of progress and prosperity.
Shaikh Fiazuddin MNA said PTI government has exposed Pakistan to a number of problems on domestic and international fronts. He said today’s rally of thousands is no confidence of the people of Pakistan on the current government of Imran Khan.
Sardar Azhar Khan Leghari said the people of Pakistan are with the PMLN and its leadership. He said the PTI government has snatched the right to live a reasonable life in the country. He claimed the rulers were indulged in looting and plundering of the national resources and they were least bothered about unprecedented price-hike. Sardar Azhar Khan Leghari said the PTI government has proven itself as the most incompetent and irresponsible government in the history of Pakistan.
