GHARI KHUDA BUX: It was 14th death anniversary of slain prime minister, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, on Monday December 27, 2021. Thousands of Pakistan People Party (PPP) workers and followers of slain party chairperson had flocked in Ghari Khuda Bux to salute to their assasinated leader. Undoubtedly, Benazir Bhutto was a real charasmatic leader of Pakistan and she was assasinated by enemies of Pakistan to deprive this country of its popular leadership. Bhuttos were real leaders of this country and its people. They were adored by a vast majority of the people of Pakistan. Turning up of thousands of party workers to Gari Khuda Bux on anniversary of Benazir Bhutto indicates how strong and unbeaten legacy of Bhuttos was. PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari addressed to the gathering and declared that PPP was again coming into power to steer the country out of current mess.
“I tell our opponent that its PPP which can throw incompetent rule of Imran Khan out of power”, Bilawal roared , adding ” the PPP was the only party which has everything to make Pakistan prosperous and resolve the problems created by this selected incompetent government”. Bilawal Bhutto counted sacrifices offered by his ancestors …Bhuttos ..for Pakistan. He said this incompetent rule has snatched everything from the people of Pakistan and forced them to live without food and financial support to their families.
“Today the price hike has made lives of the people miserable. The people in this regime can neither pay rising utility bills nor school fee for their children”, Bilawal asserted.
He assured to the gathering that their party will address all irritating problems once it comes into power. He declared to make Lahore a base for revival of party politics. “Get ready I would come to each and every hook and corner of the country”, Bilawal told the gathering. He categorically announced that PPP does not believe in deals.
Former president, Asif Ali Zardari, also made a brief address to the gathering. He thanked to the party workers for making to Ghari Khuda Bux to pay homeage to their slain leader Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He said those who were on the helm of affairs lack capaciy to think and address issues confronted with the people of Pakistan.
He said PPP will keep struggling to change the fate of downtrodden segment of the society.
