ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) on Thursday declared that draft for no trust motion was ready for tabling in the parliament with signatures of 80 opposition members. The draft of the no confidence motion says prime minister , Imran Khan, has lost confidence of the house and it requires moving of the no trust motion to remove him from the office.
chief, Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman after meeting with PPP supremo ,Asif Ali Zardari, announced that the opposition would table no confidence motion against prime minister, Imran Khan, in a day or two. He said Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) Shahbaz Sharif , is ill and the plan for no confidence needs more consultation .
This announcement has come as a big surprise for the ruling party …Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf ,(PTI) and its chief prime minister , Imran Khan, as the government side was pretty confidence that the opposition’s claims of tabling no confidence motion were mere an illusion .
However, the sudden announcement and the body language of the opposition leaders tells a new story now.
PPP chairman , Bilawal Bhutto’s confidence during his address to the long march on Wednesday narrates inside story on no confidence. His claims that Imran Khan’s government was over no is not without any reason.
Its beyond any doubt that PTI government has turned a worst nightmare for the masses who have been made to face killing inflation . Imran Khan only made promises but failed to deliver . His government’s I’ll conceived economic policies have crushed the masses completely. The people of Pakistan in shock as to what was the agenda of Imran Khan whom the nation took as its saviour.
Earlier,a 9-member committee of the opposition has recommended to present no confidence motion against prime minister, Imran Khan, to topple his government. The
opposition committee worked on the strategy to ensure that the number game tilts in favour of the opposition and make it a success.
Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) Fazal (JUI-F) group has representation of Asad. Mahmood, Kamran Murtaza .and Akram Durrani. Pakistan People Party ,(PPP) has representation of former prime minister , Yousaf Raza Gillani, former prime minister, Pervez Ashraf and Syed Navid Qamar .
According to sources the committee has recommended to the opposition that no confidence motion cc an sail through the parliament even if it is tabled without the support of the government allies.
The opposition is working on the no confidence for long to dismantle the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government . The opposition alliance is working on multi pronged strategy to make sure that no confidence motion goes through the parliament successfully.
On one hand its working on the government allies to get the number required for success of the no confidence motion and on the other its secretly interacting with the treasury members.
No apparently the opposition has .not yielded desired result from its meeting with the government and its focus seems on the estranged ruling party members .
Both the opposition and government are making reciprocal claims of having support of each others members on no confidence motion. Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) is repeatedly cliaming that it has support of around 20 government members who would vote for no confidence.
