ISLAMABAD : Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief, Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman, on Tuesday directed the opposition parties workers that they should enter into Islamabad on March 25, 2022 to avoid an impression that the PDM rally could turn into a threat for OIC foreign ministers conference scheduled in Islamabad on March 23, 2022. Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman said OIC foreign ministers were guest of Pakistan and their safety and respect was supreme for every Pakistani.
A day earlier, Maulana Fazalur Rehman , had announced to give reply of a ‘Danda’ with ‘Danda’ and threat with threat amid his call to all opposition parties workers to march on Islamabad on March 23 , 2022 to stage a big power show at D,-Chowk ahead of voting on no confidence motion.
‘I ask all workers and leaders of PDM to leave from across Pakistan on March 23 and reach Islamabad for a big power show to give a befitting response to the government’s call to bring one million Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) workers to D- Chowk on the eve of voting on no confidence”, Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman declared . He said prime minister and his cabinet members have a plan to threat the members of the national assembly on the voting day and PDM workers would remain in Islamabad till finalisation of no confidence motion no matter how long it takes. The purpose of assembly PDM workers at D,- ,Chowk would be to occupy the site and stay there till announcement of no confidence motion result so that PTI workers do not enter in D-Chowk to threaten dissident members national assembly of the ruling party.
PDM chief warned the government that it will face severe consequences in case it tried to create some hurdle in voting on no confidence motion. Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman also cautioned speaker national assembly , Asad Qaisar , to go by the constitution to avoid invoking of article 6 against him.
The government had a plan to gather PTI workers outside the parliament and create a threat to its possible dissident members national assembly to teach them lesson for desertion there and then. The PTI leaders inclusive of the prime minister seems fully engaged in preparing the plan of giving lesson to party dissidents without taking into account its fall out. Since tabling of no confidence motion, the entire PTI lot is using extremely provoking language pubically .
The government announcement of bringing one million party workers have provided an opportunity to the opposition to accept the challenge and bring its workers to Islamabad on March 23, 2022. Unfortunately its the government which is making every possible effort to create serious law and order situation in the country that may lead to winding up of the whole system . Its time to decide what would be the outcome of the political tussle between the government but one thing is crystal clear that Kaptaan has brought Pakistan on the brink of political anarchy .
