LAHORE : Tareen group has conveyed to the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) top leadership that it was not interested in any contact for further discussion with the government unless it removes Sardar Usman Buzdar as chief minister Punjab .
This clear message has come from Aun Chaudhary, a senior leader of Tareen group . Aun Chaudhary was once a close and trusted political aide to prime minister Imran Khan. Then he developed differences with PTI leader and now prime minister , Imran Khan when PTI came into power. Aun Chaudhary later joined Tareen group .
He issued a statement on. Friday which said Tareen group has put a condition of removal of Sardar Usman Buzdar as chief minister Punjab.
The statement categorically said *Tareen group will not budge down by an inch from its demand of removing chief minister Punjab from office for any renewal of contacts with the government* .
Tareen group has got crucial position in the prevailing political situation when the government is in dire need of its support to dodge a no confidence motion filed against the prime minister .
The government has contacted Tareen group many times and each time Tareen group demanded of the government team to replace Sardar Buzdar as chief minister Punjab.
Many other stakeholders have also serious concern over capacity of Sardar Buzdar to run the Punjab province affectively . Imran Khan who had titled Sardar Usman when he was picked him up to install him as chief minister Punjab as his ‘Wasim Akram Plus’ never took any call or demand to replace the chief minister Punjab. Now there are reports of Sardar Usman ‘s corruption,but the prime minister is not taking these allegations of corruption seriously.
