ISLAMABAD : The Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government on Wednesday met an other major shock when its Law minister , senator Farogh Nasim resigned from his position.
Farogh Nasim was working with Imran government since 2020.
Talking to an anchor of a private TV channel after resigning as Law minister of Imran government , Farogh Nasim confirmed that he has resigned as Law minister on the advice of the MQM chief, Khalid Maqbool . He said in the past he also joined the cabinet of the Imran Khan after approval of his party leadership and now resigned with the approval of Khalid Maqbool.
He dispelled the impression of getting any direction from some where and some body for resign. He hoped MQM and PPP will work together for development of Karachi and interior Sindh. He added that he was not shared the controversial letter and hence can not comment on it.
