US agrees with ISPR DG statement of refuting foreign conspiracy in IK ouster.

ISLAMABAD,: The State Department has said it agreed with the director general Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), major general , Babar Iftikhar’s statement that refuted the impression of foreign conspiracy in ouster of former prime minister , Imran Khan..
The State Department spokesman, Led Price ,on Friday told a press briefing that the US agreed with the director general ISPR statement wherein he dismissed the impression of foreign conspiracy in toppling the Imran Khan government in Pakistan. Led Price in response to a question asked by a journalist during the press briefing said The US does not support in Pakistan or elsewhere in the world one political party over another and it was strictly following the same principle in the case of Pakistan.
Led Price said US administration has long strategic relationship with Pakistan and it has expressed willingness to work closely with the new government in Pakistan .
Prime minister , Shahbaz Sharif , had expressed his desire soon after taking oath of his office to work with US and other countries to boost up Pakistan’s bilateral ties with them. The US had welcomed the statement of the prime minister within hours and issued a statement to acknowledge the statement given by Islamabad . The good gesture from both sides suggested that none of them wanted to continue with any policy of criticising each other that could further damage bilateral relations between Washington and Islamabad .
US foreign secretary of state, Antony J Blinken had also issued a statement last week expressing willingness of US administration to work closely with the new government in Islamabad .
Since unleashing of provocative strategy towards US by ousted prime minister , Imran Khan , Bidden administration is continuously denying having any role in toppling Imran government.
Pakistan’s military spokesman, Babar Iftikhar, had told a press briefing the other day that the military did not endorse a ‘word’ foreign conspiracy to topple Imran Khan government in statement issued by the National Security Committee (NSC) after it’s last meetung. Former prime minister is blaming US for his ouster.
The clear cut denial of top ISPR general for endorsing the claims of Imran Khan has come as a big jolt to PTI..
