THATHA: A high level meeting of Hyderabad police reviewed pre eid ul azha security arrangements here on Thursday.
The meeting with Additional Inspector General {AIG) Dr Jamil Ahmad, in the chair was attended by deputy inspector general Hyderabad region Shurjeel Karim Kharral, deputy inspector general Police Mirpur Khas region, Zulfiqar Mehr and deputy inspector general Police Benazirabad region, Irfan Baloch and all senior supretendent police (SSPs) attended the meeting.
Dr Jamil Ahmad had detailed presenation on crime rate, law and order situation and measures taken by all regions of Hyderabad division.
The additional inspector general was informed about pre eid ul azha security arrangement. Dr Jamil Ahmed directed to the police officers of Hyderabad division that they should deploy more personnel to ensure foolproof security to the people during eid festival. He said that additional police personnel should monitor law and order situation in their respective areas.
Dr Jamil Ali cautioned to his junior police officers that any complacency or negligence to the duty will not be tolerated.
