Islamabad: Radio Pakistan employees problems are increasing day by day despite government changes. Since a long period, pensioners and current employees have been denied medical facilities, leading to some employees losing their lives due to lack of access to medicines Approximately, 380 retired employees haven’t yet received their commutation for over four years, causing various problems for their families. Despite decisions made by the Federal Ombudsman and the President of Pakistan in favor of retired employees, the organization hasn’t provided them with their graduation amounts. Similarly, the organization has failed to implement government-authorized increments given in view of prevaling price hike. Retirees and current employees claim Radio Pakistan’s administration is forcing them to protest on the streets to achieve their demands.
