ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Democratic Movement ( PDM) had an important sitting here on Monday to chalk out a strategy for anti- government mass movement.
Following the consultative meeting, PDM chief, Maulana Fazalur Rehman , announced the schedule for launching anti- government movement across Pakistan from October 20, 2021 in his media talk.
Maulana Fazalur Rehman said PDM was seriously concerned over what he dubbed as anti- people approach of the incompetent and corrupt government of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf ( PTI). He said the selected incompetent government has destroyed Pakistan’s economy and as a result today the people of Pakistan are facing unprecedented price- hike. PDF chief claimed the people are committing suicides due to unbearable price-hike in the country. Maulana Fazalur Rehman maintained the corrupt rulers were making the people lives miserable with each passing day and the situation demands of PDM to take a leading role to get rid of PTI government. Maulana Fazalur Rehman asserted that PDM will launch country-wide campaign to overthrow selected government of Imran Khan.
PDM chief issued directions to the provincial bodies to start anti- government movement at tehsil and town levels. PDM chief asked provincial bodies to invite traders, students and professionals to join anti -government movement. The first round of PDM anti- government mass movement will complete on November 5, 2021.
