KARACHI : May 18, 2023:The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has cancelled the authorization/license of M/s. Noble
Exchange International (Pvt.) Limited on account of contraventions of the relevant laws and
regulations.
Therefore, the aforesaid exchange company, including its head office, branches and franchises can no
longer undertake any kind of foreign exchange related business activity.
SBP is showing zero tolerance for violations of the rules and it has revoked license of a number of exchange companies. With quick fluctuations in currency rates , a number of exchange companies are involved in violations of the SBP rules to make windfall profit on their transactions.
With cancellation of the license , SBP rules prohibit M/s Noble Exchange International (Pvt) Limited can not deal with its customers for any kind of money transactions. The customers need to be aware of SBP action against M/s Noble Exchange International (Pvt) Limited before doing any transaction with it.
A notice placed on the website of M/s Noble International (Pvt) Limited reads ” The company has been closed permanently.
