Lahore (Pakistan) : Dr. Shahid Hasan, Chairman and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Nizami, President of the Association of Pakistani Graduates from Russia and CIS (APGR), have strongly condemned the reported attack by Ukraine government on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. They termed the act a dangerous escalation that undermines international norms and threatens regional and global stability.
Dr. Hasan and Dr. Ashraf emphasized that targeting the home of a head of state is unacceptable and violates established principles of diplomacy and international conduct.
