Diplomacy is name of making other party pleased and comfortable.
Your dress and face are two key ingredients to convey to the party to the talks as to how and to what extent you are expert in sorting out extraordinary and tough diplomatic missions.
American, beyond any doubt, have no parallel when they come to diplomacy and William Burns showed this sense, skill and quality by using greenish necktie during his meeting with Pakistan’s army chief.
