ISLAMABAD: March ,17,2023: Pakistan is going to brace another day of political chaos as Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan, has given a call to his party workers to reach Zaman Park, his residence in Lahore, on Saturday morning when he leaves for Islamabad to appear before the district and session judge in Tosha Khana case.
The district and session judge Islamabad has summoned PTI chairman for Saturday to indict him in Tosha Khana case.
Tosha Khana case is likely to decide the political fate of PTI chairman. He is facing a number of legal questions in the case. Apprehending tough time , Imran Khan is dodging the court for.weeks and using different tactics for avoiding indictment in the case.
He used political street power and many other tricks to avoid possible indictment in the case. He used his party street power in Lahore early this week to avoid his arrest in the case. His residence in Zaman park Lahore had turned into a battlefield when he pitched his party workers against the police and Rangers outside Zaman park and many of them had injured in the clashes that continued between PTI workers and law enforcers for two days.
Imran Khan and his party are pursuing a policy of using street power to give a loud and clear message to the government that any attempt on it’s part to arrest him or disqualify through the court will be fought out with full force . Imran Khan is at the same time challenging the writ of the state to show that he is powerful and popular enough to rise above the law and even the state of Pakistan.
Imran Khan has given the call to his party workers to reach to his residence in Zaman park Lahore on Saturday to accompany him to Islamabad to give a message to the court that it should see his street power before going to indict him in Tosha Khana case.
Imran Khan is an open challenge for Pakistan now. He is open and shut.case for Pakistan’s courts. Imran Khan is on his plan and his plan is too simple to understand i.e ‘either give me power to rule and finally make way to expose Pakistan’s security as I exposed this country to financial collapse in the last quarter to four years rule or I will go to any length to devastate the country’.
In both the cases, objective is the same and its to risk very survival of Pakistan.
Since the law enforcers have seen the trailer of Imran Khan’s actual film in Lahore early this week , there is a possibility that Islamabad administration will make special arrangements to ensure law and order in the city when Imran Khan appears before the judge to listen indictment chargsheet in Tosha Khana case.
Meanwhile , the commissioner Islamabad has shifted the court from F-8 Katchery to Judicial Complex in G-11 sector to address security concern of PTI when it’s chief appears before the judge. In a related development, the Islamabad administration has imposed section 144 in the city to stop PTI from thronging in the area where the court will assemble to hear Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan..
