PESHAWAR – On the clear orders of Nowshera District Police Officer Muhammad Azhar Khan, a targeted search and strike operation was conducted to limit the activities of anti-social elements at the police stations, Chowki levels under the supervision of circle SDPOs across the district.
During the search, raids were conducted on the hideouts of criminal , 09 criminals involved in murder, attempted murder and other serious crimes were arrested. Action was taken against the facilitators who supported the criminal professionals.
09 illegal residents were arrested during house-to-house search operations.
During the search & strike operation , 11 suspects were arrested for possession of illegal weapons, and 03 Kalashnikovs, 08 pistols and hundreds of different bore cartridges were recovered from their possession.
14 kg 410 grams of hashish, 01 kg 540 grams of Ice were seized from the possession of the drug dealers in a vigorous operation against the drug dealers.
On this occasion, the district police chief said in his message that like other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the 5-day anti-polio campaign is starting from tomorrow in Nowshera as well. Fool-proof security will be provided to the public and show proof of being a patriotic citizen by cooperating.
