RAWALPINDI; Prime minister., Imran Khan, on Tuesday said the enemy.forces were fanning terrorism in Balochistan to destablise the country, but Pakistan’s security forces were alive to nefarious designs of anti Pakistan agenda and would foil such designs with full force.
The prime minister was addressing to the security personnel in Noshki who foiled a major terrorists attack on the headquarters of Frontier Constabulary in (FC) in Noshki early this month.
The terrorists had launched two major attacks in Balochistan on February 3, 2022 ahead of prime minister Imran Khan’s scheduled visit to Beijing . Pakistan’s security forces intercepted both terror attacks and killed 20 terrorists, besides seizing huge cache of ammunition from the killed terrorists. Basically , anti Pakistan forces wanted to sabotage prime minister Imran Khan’s visit to China. Through these terror attacks , anti Pakistan forces had given a clear message to Pakistan that it should get ready for such terror attacks if it opted to side with Beijing in global politics.
The prime minister appreciated security forces for defeating terrorists and protect the people and the state from terrorism. He said the nation and government has unflinching confidence in their armed forces which always give befitting response to any terror attack on Pakistan. The prime minister asserted that the government will provide all resources to the security forces to protect the people and the country from terror attacks. He announced 15 % increase in salary of the Rangers and FC.
Imran Khan said the government was fully cognizant to the financial pressure being faced by low income group and salaried class and many schemes were underway to enhance income of these segments of the society .
Prime minister , Imran Khan, had meeting with tribe chiefs during his visit to Noshki, Balochistan.
He assured to the dignitaries whom he met in Noshki that his government had pumped more funds for development in Balochistan than the past governments. He assured to the notables of Balochistan that his government will provide more funds for development in the province which was not given due attention in the past.
