ISLAMABAD: Ayaz Sadiq, a Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) member national assembly and former speaker of the lower house, may be in trouble in coming days for his recent speech in parliament wherein he intentionally ridiculed the armed forces of the country.
Ayaz Sadiq, a trusted political aide to former prime minister, Nawaz Sharif, had targeted the military institution by assaulting to Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Qamar Javed Bajwa, in his speech in the national assembly last week .
In his speech , PMLN MNA had claimed that Pakistan freed Indian captured pilot Abhinandhan in February last year fearing an Indian attack on Pakistan.
He used extremely humiliating words against the military leadership on the floor of the house to create an impression of weakness of Pakistan’s military which ,in his views , was afraid of enemy’s military might.
Ayaz Sadiq’s speech was on purpose and its purpose was to demoralize Pakistan’s forces and at the same time give an impression to the world that Pakistan was so afraid of Indian military power that it released Indian captured pilot on one threat of attack from New Delhi.
Ayaz Sadiq , who hails from Lahore and is known for his submissive attitude to PMLN supremo , had shocked the Pakistani nation by ridiculing the armed forces of the country in parliament. Its hard to believe a man who had been a speaker of the lower house could go to such a low level to appease his political master sitting in London
Pakistani people believe that Ayaz Sadiq undermined Pakistan’s security institution on the instruction of Nawaz Sharif and his controversial speech was a part of Nawaz Sharif’s anti institutional campaign.
Nawaz Sharif is personal against Pakistan’s top military leadership . He is referring names of COAS and ISI chief in his rants and Ayaz Sadiq took the same line in the speech to make the institution of the army controversial on the floor of the national assembly.
“What Ayaz Sadiq did in the national assembly was unbelievable and a big question mark on the sincererity of PML N leadership towards Pakistan, federal Information minister , Shibli Faraz, said in his media talk outside parliament house after Ayaz Sadiq’s controversial speech,
PMLN leadership seemed following an approach of getting done its agenda of weakening Pakistan’s security institution and expose its soverignity to its enemy.
Nawaz Sharif while sitting in London is on his ‘special’ mission. His mission is to target the military , weaken this key institution of Pakistan and then provide an opportunity to the enemy countries to take its advantage to target Pakistan’s strategic assets.
By attacking the armed forces in his speeches in recent months from London, Nawaz Sharif has given a clear message to the military leadership “look if you will try to fix up my family through corruption cases , I will make Pakistan vulnerable to the international establishment for risking its security and soverignity”.
His divulgence of sensitive issues like Pakistan’s missile technology and other security related issues are part of his vicious anti military campaign.
A man who remained prime minister of Pakistan for three times has now turned back to destabilise it for asking of source of accumulating wealth and laundering it to London to buy properties there.
Nawaz Sharif , being an extreme cunning , is using every tool and character of his cronies like Ayaz Sadiq in his do or die game.
As a part of his well thought plan of screwing Pakistan, he is contiously and closely working with Indian spies in London. His meetings with Indian spies in that country are not a secret now.
“We are fully aware of Nawaz Sharif’s meetings with Indian spies in London and he will be questioned for his these meetings once he is extradited back to Pakistan,” said a top Pakistani official in his background interview with NEWSMAN.
Ayaz Sadiq ‘ s onslaught in parliament has raised a number of questions .
It has also established that Nawaz Sharif has taken his war against Pakistan to the second tier of his political party.
Nawaz Sharif’s choice of using Ayaz Sadiq to malign Pakistan’s military in parliament was extremely important.
PML N supremo is playing his game cleverly to achieve his ultimate end goal, but he is missing one key factor ,particularly, in Ayaz Sadiq ‘s case that his pygmy’s each word uttered on the floor of the house is noted by the public and any attempt to ridicule the armed forces will have serious repercussion for his party and partymen.
Sources said Ayaz Sadiq’ s speech to target armed forces on purpose was being delebrated by a legal team of the prime minister and once this process gets completed, the government will file a case with the speaker of the national assembly for his disqualification .
,”Ayaz Sadiq’s speech falls under scrutiny as it was clear violation of the constitution of Pakistan”, Bilal Raza, a lawyer and constitutional expert commented.
The constitution of Pakistan bars any member of parliament from relidiculing the armed forces of Pakistan and its judiciary.
For Pakistan it’s a difficult time. On the global front, its faced with a devilish challenge of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and struggling for safeguarding its interest in the world market for economic survival, besides proving it as a responsible state and at the local front its having a big challenge of Nawaz Sharif’s led Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
The objective of PDM is obvious. It wants a civil war like situation in Pakistan at any cost to help Nawaz Sharif achieve his goal of exposing Pakistan’s security to the international establishment to get its objectives achieved.
What are objectives of the international establishment of pitching Nawaz Sharif against Pakistan? .
This is a mindboggling question one needs to ponder over and over before having an exact idea of Nawaz Sharif’s ‘game’.
The international establishment wants to target Pakistan’s nuclear assets, but it is cognizant of the ground reality and power of Pakistan’s military . The international establishment knows well that it can not succeed in its ‘mission’unless Pakistan’s military is strong.
Since detonations in 1998, the international establishment was trying to find some reliable asset which could be used against Pakistan to achieve its goal. It first bet on Altaf Hussain of MQM, but he failed to deliver being a leader of one city..Karachi only.
Altaf Hussain had become irrelevant to Pakistan when his terrorists wing of MQM had weekend in Karachi operation in mid 20s.
After Altaf Hussain, Nawaz Sharif has offered himself to the international establishment to destabilise Pakistan and cause it loss in terms of its security assets.
Nawaz Sharif , being a leader of a national political party and three times prime minister, can be deadliest for Pakistan.
This time the international establishment will be in more strong position to get its goal.of hurting Pakistan and causing loss to its strategic assets like nuclear programme.
This could be a final bet of the international establishment against Pakistan. After Nawaz Sharif, it may not find any other character who could.go to damage Pakistan for loosing power in the country.
Next three to four months are going to be make or break for Pakistan, defence analyst Ali Mir said in his comments .
