Dhabeji press club reception calls for journalists protection

THATHA; A reception hosted by Dhabeji press club on Saturday called upon the government to fullfil its legal and constitutional obligation of protecting lives of the journalists and provide them a condusive environment to discharge their professional duty without fear.
The speakers dubbed journalists as a real voice of the society and noted that the government has failed to provide protection to the journalists and its impact was creating a serious problem in the society. The speakers argued that fall of press could result in overall deterioration in the society.
The reception was hosted by Dhabeji press club in honour of Hyderabad Union of Journalists, office bearers of Thatha, Sajawal and Malir Press Clubs , Young Social Network, Coastal Sajjag Forum Sakro, noteables of the city and repreaentatives of social and welfare organizations attended the reception..
The prominent participants included Hyderabad Press Club, president, J Parkash, prominent writer, Gul Hasan Kalamti, Khuda Dano Shah , political and social leaders, Abdul Ghani Bhughiar, Usman Kanambhar, Faqir Nabi Bux Baloch, Sikander Ali Pinhor, journalist Mir Zulfiqar, Iqbal Jakhro, Mahboob Barohi, Shabbir Bhatti, Rehmat ullah Chatho, Gul Shah, Rasheed Jakhro, Abdullah Rano , Zulfiqar Khaskhali, Haider Jogi, Ilam Din Rind, Razak Kalmti, Nabil Rind, Ghani Khaskhali, Asghar Jutt, Nationalists leaders Jalal Shah, Asif Jokhio, Allah Bachaio Kalamti, Hafiz Ghulam Hussain Pihnor, Shah Jahan Pahnan, Shair Zaman Jokhio, Shahnawaz jutt, Aziz Lashari, Amanat Ali Paghdar, Salman Jokhio, Ismail Rind, Faqir Javed Jokhio, Qadir Malipoto, Sahib Khan Kalamti, Azeem Solangi, Nawaz Khaskhali, Raja Mahmood, and many others.
Dhabeji press club president , Maqsood Ahmad Jokhio and other office bearers received the guests at reception.
