‘Do n’t meddle in others affairs’, Taliban warn India

KABUL: Taliban have issued a balatent warning to India, saying New Delhi should stop blaming Pakistan as a part of its policy to meddle in others affairs and rather it ahould focus on its internal issues.

Taliban spokesman, Zabiullah Mujhid ,issued strong warning to India on Wednesday over its recent rant against Pakistan. He said ” We have noticed that India is unnecessarily blaming Pakistan on Afghan issue which is totally unacceptable to Taliban for whom Pakistan is a second home”.

Zabiullah Mujahid said India is an important country of the region and it should focus on its internal issues. He said Taliban will not allow any group to use Afghan soil against Pakistan.

He told an interviewer of a Pakistani TV channel in Kabul on Wednesday that Taliban were in total control of Afghanistan and their force was ensuring peace in the country.

He claimed that Punjshair issue was not a big problem and it will be sorted out through talks with Mahsoods.

Zabi ullah Mujahid said talks with different Afghan groups were on for setting up an inclusive government in the country.

He assured that women and other all segments of Afghan society would get their constitutional rights in Afghanistan under Taliban rule. He noted that upcoming government in Afghanistan would reduce taxes to promote the culture of trade in the country.

Taliban spokesman urged upon Pakistan to open up Chaman and Torkhum border points to ease 2-way traffic that will promote better ties between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
