The Sindh High Court granted bail to a former bank manager accused of stealing Rs. 1 million from a beggar’s account in Hyderabad.
The defense argued that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) failed to identify the real culprit.
The court expressed concern over the targeting of a beggar’s account and questioned if the victim had reported the loss of his mobile or SIM card.
