Islamabad : The government has reduced the prices of petroleum products for the current fortnight (March 1-15) . The notification for the new rates of the petroleum products has also been issued .
According to the notification , high speed diesel rates have been cut by Rs 5. 31 and its new prices have been fixed at Rs 258.64 a liter.
Petrol rates have been slashed by only 0.50 per liter and its new rates are Rs 255.63 per litre.
Kerosene rates have been reduced to Rs 168.12 per litre. Its price has been cut by Rs 3 53 per litre. Light speed diesel prices have been cut by Rs 2.47 and its new rates have been fixed at Rs 153.34.
