Jeddah (Saudi Arabia): More than 2 million pilgrims have reached Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The last few flights will reach Saudi Arabia by tomorrow evening. The rituals of Hajj will begin this evening. Pilgrims will reach Makkah Al-Mukarramah from Jeddah and Madinah Al-Munawarah this evening,
including local pilgrims who have obtained Hajj permits.
After reaching Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the pilgrims will perform Tawaf Al-Qadoom. Those who have arrived earlier have performed Tawaf Al-Qadoom and from this evening themselves, they will set off for the historical place of Mina, located 5 meters away from Makkah Al-Mukarramah, where they will stay in their tents on 8th Dhul-Hijjah. A beautiful city of tents has been established in Mina. They will offer Zuhr and Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers from Mina. During this night, they will spend their time in worship, repentance, seeking forgiveness, and reciting the Holy Quran. After the Fajr prayer on 9th Dhul-Hijjah, the most important part of the Hajj pilgrimage is the For the Arafat pilgrimage, we will travel a 14-kilometer route to reach the plain of Arafat. The plain of Arafat, which remains uninhabited for 354 days of the year, is inhabited again on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah. The splendor of Arafat is doubled and the spiritual atmosphere returns. In Arafat, pilgrims stay in the Nimrah Mosque and the surrounding plain. They listen to the Hajj sermon, which will be delivered this year by Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid, who has been approved by a royal decree. After offering the Zuhr and Asr prayers, the pilgrims will proceed from Mina to Muzaffah, where they will offer shortened Maghrib and Isha prayers. During this time, the pilgrims will pick pebbles from there to throw at the devil. After the Fajr prayer on the 10th of Dhul-Jij, the pilgrims will reach the tent city of Mina, located 6 kilometers away, and on the first day, they will throw pebbles at the great devil. After that, they will offer sacrifice and offer the forbidden food. The pilgrims will also throw pebbles at the devil on the second and third days. On the last day, the pilgrims will proceed to Mecca and perform Tawaf of the Kaaba. Those who have not performed Umrah before will perform Umrah. The sky is clear for Eid in Mecca, Mina, and Arafat. There are loud cries of “Al-Hama Labbaik” (Prayer for Allah). All departments of the Saudi government, especially medical and security, are present on the spot.
