Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousuf is representing Pakistan. Secretary Religious Affairs Dr. Sir Atta-ur-Rehman, DG Hajj Abdul Wahab Soomro are also participating. Addressing the Grand Hajj Symposium, the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah mentioned the addition of modern facilities at Islamic historical sites in Saudi Arabia.
Stressing the importance of medical facilities, discipline and training for the guests of the Most High, he said that it is essential for Hajj pilgrims to be aware of the severe weather here and take precautionary measures to avoid accidents. All rituals have specific times for Hajj.
Earlier, in a meeting between Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousuf and Saudi Minister for Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, arrangements for Hajj 2025 were discussed. Sardar Muhammad Yousuf thanked the Saudi Minister of Hajj for the excellent facilities provided to Pakistani Hajj pilgrims and said that the special attention of the Saudi Minister of Hajj for the convenience of Pakistani pilgrims is a source of joy.
The Saudi government is introducing innovations and new facilities in Hajj arrangements every year for the convenience of Pakistani pilgrims. Pakistani pilgrims are being provided with the best facilities for food, transport and accommodation.
This year, Pakistani pilgrims have been provided with nearby schools in Mushair Al-Maqdisa. Next year, the scope of the Road to Mecca project for Hajj will be extended to other cities in Pakistan.
Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah said on this occasion that the Ministry of Hajj is working to improve the provision of facilities to pilgrims through a digital system. Pakistani pilgrims will be provided with the best facilities in Mina and Arafat.
They are encouraging private companies to ensure better facilities in the holy city. A large number of pilgrims come from Pakistan, and it is an honor to serve them.
