Pakistan block Tik Tok app for vulger content

App may face complete ban if it did not meet PTA requirements

ISLAMABAD; Pakistan has blocked Tik Tok app after filing of complaints by the users that it contains highly vulger material.
In an official announcement issued here on October 9, 2020  Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) confirmed blocking.ofTik Tok app after taking notice of public complaints of containing vulger and objectionable material.
PTA had taken notice of similar complaints and blocked several apps sometmes back also.
Blocking of Tik Tok app can lead to its permanent banning if the  app administration could.not implement PTA standards to block all objectionable material and vulger content permanently.
