Riyadh ( Saudi Arabia ) : The Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh organized a vibrant and colorful **”Pakistan Mango Mania Festival”**, celebrating the rich taste, aroma, and quality of Pakistani mangoes. The festival, running from **July 17 to July 19, 2025**, aims to promote Pakistani mangoes on the global stage.
The festival was officially inaugurated by **H.E. Ahmad Farooq**, Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia. The opening ceremony was attended by **Dr. Shagufta Zareen**, Pakistan’s Minister for Trade and Investment, along with diplomatic officials, **Saudi nationals**, **foreign dignitaries, and members of the **Pakistani community.
In her address, Dr. Shagufta Zareen stated Pakistani mangoes are renowned worldwide for their exceptional taste, aroma, and quality. We must enhance our efforts to promote our agricultural exports, especially mangoes, in international markets.”
Ambassador Ahmad Farooq added Such festivals not only showcase Pakistani products globally but also help strengthen the economic and cultural ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Attendees had the opportunity to taste various varieties of Pakistani mangoes** and praised their outstanding quality. The event also attracted **business leaders, Saudi traders, and food industry representatives**, many of whom expressed keen interest in importing Pakistani mangoes in the future.
