Karachi : May 19,2026 : In pursuance of the freezing orders issued by Director General NAB karachi, Deputy Commissioner Jamshoro has taken possession of the land of Deh Deh Mole , Taluka thana Bola khan , as well as Bahria Town (BTK ) 2 district Jamshoro alongwith the contingent of police and conservator of Forest Department Government of Sindh.
In an other move Deputy Commissioner District Malir has also sealed Ali Villa in pursuance of an other freezing freezing order . It is reminded that a few days ago NAB has freezed the big mansion of Malik Riaz Hussain constructed for his personal residential purposes in the name of his son Ali Riaz Malik as Ali Villa on Bahria Hills in Bahria town karachi spread over 67 Acres. Ali Villa has been built on hilly area of Bahria Town karachi and has state of art facilities like Helli-pad , mini zoo, swiming pools etc.
Moreover in two new inquiries, NAB has also freezed 1338 Acres of land allegedly usurped by Bahria town karachi on which Bahria Greens and various Precincts 33, 34, 38-40, 42, and 61 etc are to be constructed which land belongs to Government of Sindh. Whereas, NAB has also freezed entire land of 3150 Acres of Bahria Town 2 fraudulently purchased by M/s Paradise Real estate ( pvt )Limited through a separate Order issued by Director General NAB karachi. In above freezing orders relevant authorities have been directed to refrain Bahria town karachi from creating third party rights. NAB has already filed Reference No. 1/2025 in Accountability Court in Karachi on allegations illegal and unlawful conversion/ misappropriation of government land of 17672 acres in district Malir worth rupees 708 Billions in collusion of officials of government of Sindh, on which Bahria Town Karachi adjacent to M-9 motorway has been constructed in violation of law.
