PPP stands with people in power crisis: Sussi Palejo

THATHA: August 28,2023: People’s Party leader Senator, Sassui Palijo has said that the lack of water, electricity and gas has intensified throughout Sindh and especially in Thatta. Electricity remains off for 18 hours in Thatta city, while the situation is the same in the coastal belt and the mountainous belt including Makli. Due to the excessive electricity bills, there is increasing agitation among the consumers, which is a serious concern. PPP is with the people, the caretaker government should take notice. Sassui Palijo said that the people of the entire country, including Sindh, are currently very worried and are on the streets. Census on the other hand is completely controversial, there should be no ambiguity in this matter, elections should be held in 90 days.

Senator Sassui Palijo visited Mirpur Sakro and also expressed his grief to Mir Mumtaz Rind and Wahid Rind on the death of Mir Rozi Khan Rind. The local people also complained to Sassui Palijo about lack of water in various canals and tributaries of Thatta. Sasai Plaju said that the Irrigation Ministry should take immediate notice of the water shortage and solve the water problem so that the farmers can cultivate their lands.

People’s Party leaders Usman Kanbhar, Farooq Palijo, Waheed Arifani, Ashraf Samu, Mir Mumtaz Rind, Tanveer Hyder Palijo, Gulzar Ahmed Palijo, and others were also present with him.
