Islamabad : His Excellency Mr Yusef Hassan Khalawi the Secretary General of Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development was invited by the president Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce on 23rd August 2026.
During the meeting Mr Hasnain Kazmi, the Convener ADR committee of fpcci offered His Excellency Mr. Khalavi to enter into joint ventures with FPCCI for the promotion of alternate dispute resolution in the areas of business disputes because alternate dispute resolution is creating an ease of business for all the Businessmen and the business organisation.
Since OIC is having ADR centre in Istanbul, Mr. Kazmi offered to open up a Pakistan Chapter of the ADR controlled by the Organisation of Islamic countries.
This proposal was welcomed by His Excellency and now there will be another follow up meeting with the senior management of OIC who is already in Islamabad.
In the next meeting on 22.08.2026 hopefully the future course of action will be materialised.
