Rawalpindi : Field Marshal Asim Munir visited Kurram to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with soldiers and officers.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) the Field Marshal offered Eid prayers with the soldiers and officers. After the prayers, prayers were offered for the lasting stability and prosperity of Pakistan. The Field Marshal extended Eid greetings to the soldiers and officers.
The ISPR says that the Field Marshal appreciated the unwavering dedication, high morale and exemplary professionalism of the soldiers. Field Marshal Asim Munir appreciated the achievements of the Pakistan Army during Operation Ghadb-ul-Haqq.
Chief of Defense Forces Syed Asim Munir has reiterated his commitment to regional peace and stability and said that terrorists operating from Afghanistan will not be allowed to harm the country’s security, and Afghan soil should not be used for the activities of enemy elements against Pakistan.
The Pakistan Army’s Public Relations Department said that the Field Marshal expressed pride in the spirit and determination of the soldiers and boosted their morale.
