Violation of SoPs caused hacking of government, security apparatus

Islamabad: During initial investigations, it has established that a special advisor to prime minister (SAPM) violated standard operating procedures (SOPs) early this week which led to intrusion of Indian intelligence agencies for hacking of the government and military apparatus in the federal capital. Sources said India and at least another one country whose embassy is also in red zone of Islamabad used very hi-tech apparatus for hacking Pakistan’s important government offices and military apparatus. These sources claimed that India and another one country is continuously using their embassies in Islamabad for spying and Pakistani security agencies are fully cognizant of their activities and take regular steps to counter their nefarious designs. India and other country involved in this week hacking fall in ‘Red’ category. Pakistan’s all important government offices like Prime Minister House, Parliament House, Presidency, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Election Commission, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) fall within one km radius from Indian and other Red countries’ embassies. The activities and functioning of these important offices are very much within hacking radius of Red catagorised countries. “Indian are using a system, which can hack or interrupt any telephone call/message or email, use of any apparatus falling within one km radius and to foil its any attempt Pakistan has a reliable system in place, but unfortunately SoPs were violated by some important person early this week who used his cell phone in ‘risky’ area without following the instructions to give entry to Indian and other Red country’s agencies for hacking of Pakistani apparatus early this week“, a security expert privy to the issue told NEWSMAN requesting anonymity. The initial investigations rang the alarm bells by disclosing that an SAPM intentionally or unintentionally violated SOPs while using his mobile phone which caused current hacking of Pakistan’s top government and military offices gadgets. “We are fully cognizant of apparatus installed in Indian and other Red countries embassies in red zone of Islamabad and take regular check of Pakistani system working to ensure that the country’s security and other apparatus are fully protected”, the security expert claimed. Pakistan’s military on August 12, 2020 had announced hacking of its security apparatus by Indian intelligence agencies. Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) in his handout had declared that Pakistan government will investigate the matter and take foolproof measures to plug-off lapses in the security system to avoid repetition of such happening in the future.
