Islamabad ; State minister of Interior, Talal Chaudhary , on Friday claimed that suicide bombing in Islamabad has been carried out on the behest of India.
Speaking to media soon after the incident , Talal Chaudhary termed deadly attack on an Imambargah in downtown of Islamabad as backlash of May 2025 defeat to India . The state minister added Pakistan has undeniable proof of India’s financing to terrorists for carrying out terrorism in Pakistan.
Defence minister , Khawaja Asif , said India is planner of suicide attack on Imambargah in Islamabad. He added that India-Afghan nexus will be responded for killing innocent people in suicide bombing in Islamabad.
Talal Chaudhary said Islamabad suicide bombing is a fall out killing of terrorists in Balochistan by the security forces. Talal Chaudhary revealed that the suicide bomber got training in Afghanistan. He argued that Pakistan is presenting proof of Indian involvrment at global forums.
He said terrorists have targeted soft targets after bearing huge loss in fight against Pakistan ‘s security forces in Balochistan last week. He said the security forces were combating against India sponsored terrorists with great valour and professional excellence. In response to a question , the state minister said all details of the Islamabad suicide bombing will be shared at an appropriate time.
He said Interior minister , Mohsin Naqvi , has visited the incident site and ordered immediate care of the injured persons
