UNI International hosts landmark ceremony on 75th anniversary of Pakistan-China friendship in Islamabad

Islamabad – May 4, 2026: On 4th May, A grand China-Pakistan exchange event was held in UNI International-China Pakistan Deep Love Cultural Exploration Center in Islamabad, gathering distinguished guests to celebrate China Pakistan 75th Anniversary friendship, review diplomatic achievements and promote cultural exchanges, which highlights the profound “Iron Brother” bond between the two countries.

The event welcomed numerous notable guests, including Chief Guest Former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Wang Lei (Director of CGTN Urdu, China Media Group), and CSCEC Pakistan Branch representatives: Wang Yaodong (Chairman), Liu Yanming (Vice Chairman) and Ren Liangbo (Director). Also present were Kashif (Secretary of All Pakistan China Friendship Association), Adnan Hameed (a dedicated China-Pakistan cultural exchange activist), as well as teachers and students from Apex education system headed by Principal Fahad Ahmed Khan and members of the UNI International team members headed by Max Ma, Founder and CEO of UNI International.

The event featured orderly and meaningful sessions. It opened with the national anthems of Pakistan and China, followed by the unveiling of a Chinese calligraphy message board inscribed with “Long Live the China-Pakistan Friendship”.

A cake-cutting ceremony was held to mark the 75th anniversary, and Raja Pervaiz Ashraf shared stories about China-Pakistan diplomatic relations, which deeply moved all by attendees.

Subsequently, Liu Yanming and his CSCEC team shared the company’s key milestone projects in Pakistan, showcasing the fruitful achievements of China-Pakistan cooperation in the infrastructure field.

Addressing the gathering, Former PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that the Pakistan-China relationship, built on mutual trust, respect, and shared aspirations, has become a shining example of inter-state cooperation in the modern world.

He stated that Pakistan and China are not just neighbors but “iron brothers,” adding that the friendship has grown stronger over time, transcending political changes and global uncertainties. He described Pakistan as a peace-loving nation and appreciated the role of Pakistani leadership during the US-Iran conflict, while also praising China’s important role and continued support to Pakistan.

He extended heartfelt congratulations to the people and leadership of both Pakistan and China, expressing hope that the bilateral friendship will continue to grow stronger with each passing year.

Later, students and UNI International members paid a visit to the UNI International China-Pakistan Deep Love Cultural Exploration Center. A highlight of the event was the Chinese intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting experience, which further enhanced mutual cultural understanding between the two peoples.

The event concluded with a high tea session for free communication. It not only enriched China-Pakistan people-to-people exchanges and consolidated bilateral friendship, but also paved the way for the further development of the China-Pakistan all-weather strategic cooperative partnership.
