RAWALPINDI, December 2, 2024 – Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been arrested in seven additional cases related to protests held in the federal capital on November 24.
The charges stem from demonstrations on September 28, October 5, and November 24, which have led to the PTI founder’s continued legal troubles.
The hearings took place at Adiala Jail under the supervision of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Amjad Ali Shah. During the hearing, the prosecution did not request physical remand for Khan, and he was sent to jail on judicial remand for all seven cases.

Investigation teams arrived at Adiala Jail to formally arrest Imran Khan in connection with the new charges.
The arrest comes amid rising tensions following the November 24 protest in Islamabad, with PTI facing increasing political pressure.
