ISLAMABAD ; Beleaguered prime minister , Imran Khan, is going to address to the nation today ( Wednesday) .
“This is very important address of the prime minister to the nation and he can make some very important announcement” said a Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) source in a short talk with NEWSMAN.
The PTI source, however, did not divulge what he meant by very important announcement that is being made in his address to the nation today.
Imran Khan is passing through very difficult times of his political journey. He is struggling hard to save his government . He did not hesitate from using religious cards in public rallies like he did in recent public rally held in Islamabad. He also used a letter which he posed was written to the government to threaten him for what he calls setting up direct and independent foreign policy of Pakistan. The credibility of the controversial letter is yet to be ascertained by any reliable authority. However , some media reports suggest that the concerned Pakistani officials doubt the prime minister’s claims of having received any threatening letter . Rather , the prime minister dodged to the masses by linking a reported diplomatic cable to a letter written to fix him up for working in the interest of Pakistan .

Although it’s not clear what would be the nature of the prime minister’s upcoming address to the nation, but its more than possible that after losing the confidence of majority in the lower house, he can resign from the post of the prime minister to avoid voting in no confidence motion .
