Islamabad : In a message Chinese embassy in Islamabad conveyed heartfelt congrations to Pakistan on assuming the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council for July 2025! We hope to strengthen our collaboration & cooperation in the multilateral arena, making positive contributions to global security, peace & development.
China is a great friend of Pakistan and it always stood fast with Islamabad when ever the latter felt in need of Beijing’s help.
Beijing’s support to Pakistan in May last conflict with India set a new standards of friendship between the two nations. Pakistan and China not only honour each other on across the board issues but also support each other on major global issues like one China , Taiwan issue, Kashmir dispute on and on. Just to add to their list of cooperation China and Pakistan are actively engaged in forming a new bloc in the region to replace SAARC .
China and Pakistan are also working closely on defence front . Both countries have complete understanding to fight out threats posing to Islamabad and Beijing in today’s fast-changing global scenario.
China is also helping Pakistan to boost up its economy. Hopefully, both countries will keep on sharing intelligence to keep watching threats emanating from some hostile neighbours , in particular , New Delhi in the future.
