ISLAMABAD Federal minister and senior Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) leader, Ahsin Iqbal, has given a new , but astonishing twist to bizzari discussion by saying corruption does not hamper development of any country including Pakistan Ahsin Iqbal, who is known for his innovative suggestions for which he always gets flays. On Tuesday , he turned the table on the public of this country by claiming that it is not corruption which was hampering Pakistan’s development but a structural problem in fact was the real barrier to it. Recently, the same philosopher – cum + politician had suggested to the people of Pakistan who are moaning under unbearable price hike due to flawed strategy of his party led rule to take only half cup of tea to save precious foreign exchange of Pakistan. The nation was yet to understand significance of half tea cup. Th minister even went many steps ahead to put this poor nation into another spin by claiming here the other day in media talk that corruption has nothing to do with the development and prosperity of Pakistan .
Pakistan Tehreek e. insaf (PTI) leader , Fawad Chaudhary , condemned Ahsin Iqbal ‘s argument in favour of.corruption. In a statement the PTI leader said Ahsin Iqbal’s statement was a real voice of his political masters.

Qamar Cheema , a social and political activist , said it seems Ahsin Iqbal was trying to teach the people of Pakistan through his such idiotic statements that they should accept corruption was not a crime as entire leadership of his party was gutted in this menace. Chaudhary Saleem , a shop owner in Islamabad said it was unfortunate that a political leader of the ruling party was lecturing in support of corruption.
Sidra Hasan , a school teacher , said she was in shock over Ahsin Iqbal’s statement favouring corruption to save his party leadership.
