According to the details , a group of dacoits burgled into the house of the session judge situated in Bahria Town phase 8 in Rawalpindi during wee hours on Tuesday. The gang of dacoits took Sardar Amjad Ishaq’s family members at gun point and made them to remain motionless at one point inside the house . The session judge who was also at the gun point started to resist the dacoits.
Seeing resistance from the session judge , the dacoits opened fire at him and killed him at the spot and fled from the scene .
The slain judge was performing his duty in Mirpur , AjK.
The local police have registered the case against unidentified dacoits and started investigations into the case.
