THATHA: The lack of interest and ignorance of the administator has caused irreparable loss of businesses to the traders of Shahi Bazar in Dhabeji.
In recent rains, water entered into shops in Shahi Bazar that caused huge financial loss to the traders.
Anjam e Tajaran Committee president, Daud Shah Khan, while talking to media said the rulers of Sindh, in particular, the administrator have no interest in resolving issues faced by the traders of Shahi Bazar Dhabeji.
He said nullahs blockade and waste of Indus Jute Mill caused their choking that diverted rainy water towards Shahi Bazar and subsequently it flooded shops and godowns of the traders that caused them huge financial loss. Daud Shah Khan appealed to Deputy Commissioner Thatha and Assistant Commissioner Mir Pur Sakro to visit the Shahi Bazar in Dhabeji and assess loss caused to the traders as a result of flooding of rainy water into their shops and godowns.
