Peshawar – On the occasion of Police Martyrs’ Day August 4, ceremonies and visits to the graves of fallen police officers are being held across the district to pay rich tribute to their supreme sacrifices.
Today, District Police Officer (DPO) Ahmad Shah visited the grave of Shaheed Abdul Nasir, where he laid a floral wreath and offered prayers for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks and the reward of eternal peace.

A smartly turned out contingent of the police presented a salute at the martyr’s grave as a mark of honor.
On this solemn occasion, the DPO also met with the family members of the martyred officer.He presented them with gifts and assured them that they are not alone in this difficult time.

“The entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Force stands firmly beside the families of our brave martyrs, shoulder to shoulder,” he said, reaffirming the department’s unwavering support for the heirs of those who laid down their lives in the line of duty.
