ISLAMABAD: June 19,2023: Raut e Hilal committee on Monday declared that the holy month of Zil -Hajj will commence on June 29 (Tuesday) and Eidul Azha will be observed in Pakistan on June 29,2023.
Raut e Hilal committee chairman , Maulana Abdul Kabir Khan, announced the date for Eidul Azha at a pressure held after a meeting of Raut e Hilal committee in Islamabad and its zonal offices in all provincial capitals .
A day earlier Saudi Arabia had announced that it will celebrate Eidul Azha on June 28,2023. The government has already announced holidays for Eidul Azha and declared that it will pay salaries on June 23,2023.
