Imam -e -Kaba , Arab leaders, political and religious leaders condole death of Maulana Hamidul Haq

Peshawar -On the fifth day of the martyrdom of Maulana Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani, dignitaries continued to visit to offer their condolences. Prominent political and social figures of the country attended the gathering, expressing their sympathies to Maulana Rashid-ul-Haq Haqqani, the Vice Chancellor of Jamia Haqqania, and Maulana Abdul Haq Thani, the political successor of the martyr.

Imam-e-Kaaba, Sheikh Saleh bin Humaid, former Saudi Minister of Religious Affairs Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Ammar, Head of Maktaba Al-Dawah Sheikh Abu Saad Muhammad Al-Dosari, former Qatari Ambassador Sheikh Saqr bin Mubarak, and the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan conveyed their heartfelt condolences to Maulana Abdul Haq Thani over the phone and through official letters.

Additionally, Secretary General of the Muslim World League, Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Maulana Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani. The Muslim World League’s central secretariat in Makkah Mukarramah issued a statement acknowledging his martyrdom as an irreparable loss to the Muslim Ummah.

Former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and former Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi also conveyed their condolences over the phone.

Furthermore, Afghanistan’s Ambassador, Sardar Ahmad Shakeeb Khan, along with the Afghan Consul General and their delegation, visited Jamia Haqqania. They conveyed condolences on behalf of the Afghan government, including the Afghan Prime Minister and Cabinet, and assured full cooperation with the Haqqani family.

Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman and Professor Ibrahim, along with their delegation, visited to offer condolences. Inspector General (IG) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Zulfiqar Hameed, also attended, providing updates on the ongoing investigation.

Chief of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat, Allama Ahmed Ludhianvi, and his delegation visited to pay respects. Chairman of Tehreek-e-Naujawan Pakistan, Muhammad Abdullah Gul (son of General Hamid Gul), also came to offer condolences.

Hundreds of dignitaries attended to pay tribute to Maulana Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani’s political, social, academic, and religious contributions. They offered condolences to his heirs, including Sheikh-ul-Hadith Maulana Anwar-ul-Haq, Vice Chancellor Maulana Rashid-ul-Haq Sami, successor Maulana Abdul Haq Thani, Maulana Irfan-ul-Haq Haqqani, Maulana Osama Sami, Maulana Khuzaymah Sami, Maulana Syed Muhammad Yousaf Shah, Maulana Luqman-ul-Haq, Maulana Salman-ul-Haq, Maulana Bilal-ul-Haq, and Maulana Arshad Ali Qureshi.
