ISLAMABAD : September 27,2022: Amidst uproar of the Pakistan Tehreek. e Insaf (PTI) members, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) leader , Ishaq Dar , sworn in as member of the Senate of Pakistan here on Tuesday.
Senate chairnan, Sadiq Sanjrani administrated the oath from Ishaq Dar.
The PTI senators remained up in the arms in the upper house of the parliament to protest during the oath taking of Ishaq Dar as a Senate member . The PTI senators torn- up the copies of the agenda and surrounded the dias of the chairman to register their protest .
The chairman ordered the members to observe the decorum of the house , but PTI members kept on ignoring his orders.

Ishaq Dar had arrived Pakistan from the United Kingdom along with prime minister , Shahbaz Sharif , on Monday after five years in self exile .
PMLN has tasked Ishaq Dar to manage fast worsening the national economy . The PMLN top leadership had days long consultation in UK before sending Ishaq Dar back to the country for economic revival .
On the directions of the PMLN top leadership, Miftah Ismail , had stepped down as Finance minister last week.
Miftah Ismail had failed to deliver as Finance minister in key areas of the national economy like addressing issue of killing inflation, rising interest rate and over and above all these the dollar-rupee parity.
The rising value of the dollar has devastating affects on each sector of the economy . It also pushed inflation beyond absorable level of the masses that made their lives miserable .
PMLN has paid huge political cost of Miftah’s economic misunderstanding. It lost key by-elections in Punjab as Miftah’s policy of keep on adding burden of inmanagable rates of power and oil prices on public annoyed the voters.
Although some leaders like Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Khurrum Dastgir praised the performance of Mr Miftah as Finance minister as they had their personal interest to look after through Mr Miftah ,but majority of PMLN leaders was publicaly holding former Finance minister responsible of PMLN defeat in by- election held in Punjab and other provinces in last four months.
Finally , Mian Nawaz Sharif , had to take a decision to replace Mr Miftah with Ishaq Dar as Finance minister.
Mr Dar is the most trusted man of PMLN top leader and he has been brought back as Finance minister to address key issues confronted with the national economy.
PTI is fully aware that Mr Dar can deliver and put Pakistan’s economy back on the track and if it happens , PTI will have no stand to challenge in the public . For the same reason its resisting Mr Dar at every forum.
PMLN seems determined to confront PTI on Mr Dar issue . It has brought Mr Dar to perform at difficult times.
Senator Ishaq Dar is scheduled to take oath as Finance minister on Wednesday at 10 AM.
President Alvi will take oath from Ishaq Dar at Awan e Sadar tomorrow .
