ISLAMABAD: Jamshaid Iqbal Cheema has resigned as special assistant to prime minister, Imran Khan.
According to media reports, Jamshaid Iqbal Cheema forwarded his resignation to the prime minister on Friday.
Jamshaid Iqbal Cheema was a vibrant political aide to the prime minister since his appointment as special assistant. His spouse , Musarat Iqbal Cheema, is an important member of Buzdar cabinet in Punjab. The reason of Jamshaid Iqbal Cheema’s resignation was unknown immediately.
