He said the government decision of charging petroleum levy is a crime and JI is fighting against this criminal act of the PMLN led government . He said JI is struggling against the criminal policies of the Shahbaz Sharif government for protection of the public rights.

JI chief termed PM fuel relief package as a stunt , which he added, is tantamount to denial of the people’s basic rights. He said ” Sharifs are expert in playing shameful tricks of “Relief packages” rather than granting them their basic rights. He said JI gave a detailed presentation to the government during the last couple of weeks and demanded relief for the people in the prices of fuel to let the them live a honourable life .

Hafiz Naeem lambasted the act of the Punjab chief minister , Maryam Nawaz, for using an official aircraft to attending graduation ceremony of her daughter in the United Kingdom . He asked her many questions on claim of making payment for using the official aircraft to travel to UK for her personal family engagement. He demanded a trail of the payment made as claimed by Punjab CM in this regard. He also rejected the federal government ‘s argument that petroleum levy can not be reversed or cut due to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreement. He questioned as to how Punjab Chief Minister was not questioned by IMF if it questions any relief to the people of this country in the fuel prices. He claimed that the government was making capacity payments of trillions of rupee exactly at a time when it denied any relief to the people of Pakistan in the fuel prices.
JI chief also criticised FBR for having unprecedented level of corruption rather than collecting targeted revenue for the state.
Hafiz Naeem condemned drones attacks on holy places in Saudi Arabia and urged upon the Muslim world to join hands to protect Saudi Arabia from any future aggression.
