ISLAMABAD/LONDON : A United Kingdom court on Tuesday acquitted Mutihida Qaumi Movement (MQM) founder and self exiled chief, Altaf Hussain, of accusations of instigating his party to create terror in Pakistan and indulging in hate speech from London to destablise Pakistan’s security related institutions.
According to the British media reports, the UK court acquitted MQM self-exild MQM chief in the case for not founding any evidence against MQM founder Altaf Hussain for involving in terror or hate speech related act.
Pakistan has filed the case against Altaf Hussain for delivering loathing speech from London inciting his party workers to stand against Pakistan’s security related institutions on August 22, 2016. His speech had extraordinary objectionable stuff that tantamount to anti Pakistan and hateful act. Pakistan had filed a case against Altaf Hussain in London in 2016 for delivering hate speeches from London and inciting his party workers to carry out those activities which undoubtedly fall in the hate speech category.
The jury in its judgement in Altaf Hussain case ruled that there was no evidence which could be established in support of the allegations levelled against MQM self-exiled chief.
Altaf Hussain had eloped from Pakistan to United Kingdom in 1992 ahead of an operation of security forces in Karachi.
London court may not had sufficient evidence to fix up Altaf Hussain in the case, but every Pakistani still recalls each and every word uttered by him to hurl serious, but unfounded allegations against Pakistani security related institutions to push up his agenda of maligning Pakistan and its security related institutions .
Till filing of these reports, no single word came officially in Islamabad about UK court decision of setting aside allegations against Altaf Hussain, but it was going to cause a wave of shock to Islamabad.
Altaf Hussain is in London since 1992 when security forces launched a comprehensive operation against MQM . Altaf Hussain and his close network involved in extortion, target killing , murders of political opponents and attacking on security personnel had fled from Pakistan. MQM had literally paralysed Karachi to hurt Pakistan’s economic interest as a part of well derived anti Pakistan campaign. Pakistan has undeniable evidence of MQM involvement in anti state activities for years. Altaf Hussain is on the record urging his party to sell TV sets and buy guns for self defence. Altaf Hussain kept on making Karachi hostage to damage Pakistan as much as it could and being Pakistan to the knee as a part of international conspiracy.
