THATHA;Martyrs’ Day was held here on Sunday to award those who served in East Pakistan Civilian Armed Forces 1947 and 1971. Major R. Musarat Abdul Khaliq, former MNA Rehan Hashmi, Muhammad Asif Bhashani, Chaudhry Mubashir Raza, Moinuddin Ansari and many others were present on the occasion. Addressing a function at Sheikh Majeed Sindhi Colony Dhabeji, Major R. Musarat Abdul Khaliq said that the sacrifices of the Bihari community in becoming Pakistan are the fruit of survival of today’s Pakistan. India continued its nefarious conspiracy to break East Pakistan and West Pakistan and some people became part of it but the Bihari community remained loyal to their country Pakistan which we consider as an honor we belong to. Talha Asim, Fahim Ansari, Amir Madani, Hamid Raza, Imran Ansari, Muhammad Ali and others were present on the occasion.
