LAHORE : The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has sprang up against Farah Khan, a close friend of former first lady , Bushra Bibi. The NAB chairman had ordered inquiry into the assets of Farah Khan , who allegedly made ill-gooton money through posting / transfer in Punjab during three and half years tenure of Sardar Usman Buzdar . Farah Khan had come into the limelight when media dug out her accumulated assets. Farah Khan who apparently had no business had made billions of rupee during Pakistan. Tehreek e Insaf ,(PTI) government in Punjab. Farah Khan was allegedly acting as front lady of Usman Buzdar. Its a perception among a large section of the society that Farah Khan shared some portion of her ill-gooton money with Bushra Bibi.
Farah Khan had flown out of Pakistan soon after end of Imran Khan’s rule . Farah’s husband , Ahsin Jamil Gujjar , had already slipped out of Pakistan.
Since Farah khan’s wealth grew disproportionately in Buzdar’s time, landing of her case in NAB may create problem for Bushra Bibi and may be for ousted prime minister as well.
