Rawalpindi : July 1,2024: The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday said the security forces killed 9 terrorists in two separate operation in Khyber Pukhtunkhaw ( KPK) during the last 24 hours.
During the first operation in Tirah Valley, 7 militants including wanted terrorists were killed, two militants were also killed in Lakki Marwat. 9 terrorists were killed during two separate operations in Lakki Marwat city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Tirah Valley. According to ISPR, 9 terrorists were killed during 2 different operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Seven terrorists were killed in the first intelligence operation in Tira Valley, including the most wanted terrorists Najeeb alias Abdul Rahman and Ashfaq alias Muawiya.
The statement said that the terrorists were involved in attacks on law enforcement officials from whose possession weapons were also recovered.
According to ISPR, a clearance operation is underway to eliminate possible terrorists in the area.
On the other hand, two more terrorists were killed in another operation conducted by the security forces in Lakki Marwat.
During the operation, weapons, explosives and bullets were recovered from the possession of the terrorists.
The statement said that the security forces are determined to eradicate terrorism from the country at all costs.
